The Betriber&Emwelt platform and the REACH&CPL Helpdesk have just launched a survey to find out more about your communication preferences and support needs.

It is important for them to review their support offer to determine how they can improve and adapt their services to best meet the needs impacted by the constantly changing regulatory framework.

You will only need to spend 10 to 15 minutes answering a few questions in the survey, which is available in English, French and German. 

The survey is open until 21 November 2023.
