At the launch of the call projects, the Minister of Economy, Franz Fayot, said: "The social and solidarity economy and more particularly social entrepreneurship, fuelled by social innovation, is one of the ways to meet the challenges of sustainable development, while contributing to the creation of quality jobs and the sustainability of the economy.
The Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Economy, Georges Engel, said: "We will continue to encourage the creatin of social impact companies, because in the face of the challenges we are currently facing, it is essential to promote another mode of entrepreneurship that focuses more on social and environmental aspects. It is also in this vein that my ministry has inaugurated the Social Business Incubator, which is the central meeting point for all players in the sector."
