IMS is proud to support Arctus in their study of the Observatory of Intranet and Digital Communication. For over 20 years, this historical study has analyzed the trends of internal digital tools and associated usage. The objective of the survey is to identify the tools available internally, their level of usage, and the degree of engagement of populations in digital transformation. The questionnaire is based on four major themes: the challenges of digital transformation, digital functionalities and tools, the level of device usage, and support and governance.
