Co-construction is a vector of meaning. It allows the integration of individuals and their concerns so that they do not passively undergo changes but become actors.
It allows several individual excellences to be combined in a collective masterpiece.

Christian Monjou, through the praise of the workshop, such as that of artists like Peter Paul Rubens and the Bauhaus, will show us the paths of a daily practice of, and for, innovation through co-construction and how co-construction requires from this community of creators and innovators, relational and leadership qualities that should be inspired.
 
This event will bring together for the first time the members of HRCommunity.lu and the Ordre des Architectes et des Ingénieurs-Conseils (OAI). The aim is to learn from each other's differences and to be surprised by our similarities.
