IMS announces the creation of Sustainability Academy

Published on 3 February 2022

Sustainability Academy will enable companies to become more involved in putting into practice the CSR topics addressed in IMS events, conferences, and projects.

Through diversified and complementary training programmes, companies, and organisations, whether or not they are members of the IMS network, will thus have a rich palette of tools at their disposal, enabling them to maximise the knowledge of all their personnel.

Three key benefits for companies:

  • A stronger commitment from their teams with the help of the same reading keys and increased dedicated skills.
  • A specific training offer for each of the three sustainable development issues (People, Planet, Prosperity) and adaptable (intra-company, inter-company, face-to-face, distance learning, inverted classroom, e-learning, etc.)
  • Cutting-edge programmes with original content created and led by experts recognised in their field.

Appointment of Sandrine Grumberg as Sustainability Academy Manager
Sandrine Grumberg, who has been a partner of IMS since its creation on various topics such as responsible purchasing and waste management, has extensive experience as a purchasing manager in the industry and is the founder of two training organisations (in France and Luxembourg). She joins the IMS team as Sustainability Academy Manager to set up and develop the Academy. She will be accompanied by Sophie Öberg, Deputy Director of IMS.

Local roots and the strength of our network
The network of companies and organisations of IMS allows trust exchanges and firm commitments between members. Therefore, the Academy's offer will be developed in part in collaboration with the CDEC group (IFSB, COCERT, NEOBUILD), ILA, and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Further information will be communicated in the coming months. Find the first elements of information here.
