IMS Members, Make the Most of your Membership!

Your organisation is part of the IMS Luxembourg network, and you wish to deepen your understanding of the tools available to mobilise your teams, promote your commitment, and make the most of your membership?

This session will enable you to prepare for a yearly key moment in the life of the network: the conference to present the activities of the IMS, which will take place on 6 February. This conference will also mark the welcoming of new member organisations.

Whether your organisation has been a longstanding member of IMS or has recently joined the network, this event provides you with the opportunity to:

  • find out about the practical details of welcoming new members,
  • (re)view the communication tools available to demonstrate your commitment,
  • explore the various tools and resources at your disposal,
  • discuss optimal ways to disseminate information within your organisation.​​

When? Thursday 23 January from 11.30 am to 12.15 pm
Where? Online, Teams (link will be sent in due time)
For who? All employees whose organisation is a member of IMS; and particularly the new 2024 member organisations.

At the end of the event you will receive a certificate of attendance which you can provide to your HR department.

In 30 minutes, we will cover:

  • a few best practices from the IMS communication kit,
  • tools and resources available to highlight and showcase your commitment internally and externally.

We will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A session.
