Involving a transversal approach within the company, human rights are now fully part of the Human Resources strategy. Increasingly involved in these subjects, it is not uncommon for the HR team to own part of the company's human rights approach.

The session will aim to identify human rights risk factors specific to HR, to reflect on the new challenges and responsibilities they pose and to discuss the different levers available to managers to carry out their missions.
