The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg, in collaboration with Inspiring More Sustainability (IMS) is delighted to invite you to our upcoming event: “Building the Best Businesses: connecting work culture and sustainable business."
We kick off at 16:00 with our guest experts introducing their perspectives and experiences. We will then connect our members with experts from the fields of employee engagement and sustainability in an open, honest, problem-solving dialogue using the highly interactive ´round table conversation´ format. Chatham House rules will apply to ensure a safe environment for discussion and exchanges.
Example questions to be explored will include:
- How can I best engage employees in meeting the ambitious sustainability targets of my business or organisation?
- Are the most sustainable businesses always those with the best work cultures?
- What are the cultural attributes that make for highest-performing sustainable businesses?
- How can I direct digitisation efforts in my organisation to best serve its sustainability objectives?
