Since the launch of the Luxembourg CEO Sustainability Club in 2014, we have been convinced that managers are key drivers of change and that IMS is the catalyst. There is an urgent need to accelerate the movement to address the various crises that are already here and those that will soon come. Together we can work together to shape a different, more inclusive and sustainable future.

Interview with Michael Stuber
Diversity has become more visible in the Media, on the streets and in the workplace. For some, this is natural or overdue; for others, it is too much, and they see it materialise in 10+ years. But for now, related discussions about gaps or equity polarise audiences both in public and in companies. CEOs are expected to respond to various expectations, some of which seem conflicting, and it is often unclear whether personal or political statements are appropriate – or required.
Pioneer experience will prove that Diversity is not a temporary trend, but a topic of today and tomorrow, and research expertise share evidence of how business priorities relate to Diversity & Inclusion. Finally, leadership exposure will outline the personal questions, challenges and perspectives CEOs must tackle.
You are under observation; what can you do? Let’s meet.
