Understanding and managing human rights issues related to anti-harassment and non-discrimination 

Not discriminating in employment and providing safe and dignified working conditions free from violence and harassment are part of the human rights of employees and workers. This workshop aims to define these concepts, exchange how to identify the most exposed people and the riskiest situations, and what actions to put in place to prevent and remedy violations.
