Cost reduction, antidotes to cost killing

Through a few role-playing situations, we will help build new arguments and new approaches to help reduce costs without remaining locked into a price reduction. Will be discussed during the workshop: the total cost of acquisition; the concept of Reuse and the sharing economy; the avoided expenses often forgotten in purchasing accounts.
