Lunch and learn - Part&Act IN PRACTICE
Let's share on the subject of work-life balance and parenthood over an animated lunch.
Whether you prefer an on-the-go sandwich, pasta, or a gastro meal, come lunch with us and discuss the topic of work-life and parenting.
The balance between family and professional life is based on a partnership between the company and employee. A fair sharing of family and professional responsibilities requires flexibility between the company and its employees and an encouraging legislative framework.
During this exchange, the École des Parents will define Work-Life-Family-Balance and present the related challenges. Finally, we will exchange our experiences together.
The workshop will be presented by Carole JAAS, Curative Educator, and Tania HEMMER, Graduate Educator & Parental Burn-out Expert.
When? Tuesday, October 19th, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm / registrations are now closed
Where? By videoconference (login details will be sent to registrants in due course)
