DeCODE’s CSR policy:

CSR is an integral part of our personal life philosophy and professional ethics. In addition to its applicability within DeCODE, whose activity is in management consulting, organisation and digital transformation, it is above all the fact of conveying the CSR dimension in our consulting activity to the companies, organisations and associations that we advise. The main goal is to make CSR an integral part of their decision-making process.

DeCODE’s CSR actions and frameworks:

Planet - among other things: limiting plastic, favouring renewable energy (100% solar electricity), selective sorting, favouring green spaces, highlighting re-use.
People - among others: active cultural diversity, societal commitment.
Prosperity - among others: active Fairtrade choices, short and local cycles.
