Partners for LGBT+ inclusion

In 2018 et 2019, more than 20 organisations contributed to the design of solutions and initiatives in favour of LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace during collaborative workshops organised by IMS. The ambition was to develop projects and best practices that would enable the development of open working environments in which everyone can find their place regardless of his or her sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

To continue its action on the subject, IMS Luxembourg via the Diversity Charter is partnering with the Luxembourg Professional LGBT+Allies Association (inter-company network) and invites you to their round table conference " LGBT+ in the professional environment... why and how to be inclusive?”.

It will be the opportunity to present the actions already carried out as well as the objectives of the newly launched inter-company network for the coming year.
