Societal responsibility is an integral part of our corporation's aim. Our sector plays an important role in the search for employment throughout all socio-professional categories. Policies of non-discrimination and equality between the sexes in regard to employment are objectives that have been clearly identified by RANDSTAD.

 

Randstad's CSR actions and frameworks:

Non-discrimination and the participation in aid schemes (High Potential with State Street, Microsoft and Caritas, for instance) are concrete projects. We also want to privilege diversity management to a maximum extent; with our “permanent” employees, as well as our interim staff.
