REDUCING FOOD WASTE IN CATERING CONTRACTS

According to a study (in Luxembourg, 2016), 68 000 tonnes of garbage and 31 000 tonnes of food waste are count up per year in the Grand-Duchy.

Mr. Renaerts will share solutions to be put in place during the contract negotiation and in the kitchen to reduce the food waste in collective restaurants.
