Profession’L is a digital trade show dedicated to women seeking new career directions, professional integration with a focus on professional training.
Created in 2013 in France, Profession’L has successfully launched 22editions in several French cities such as Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Poitiers, Toulouse and will be in Luxembourg for the first time on February 25th and 26th, 2021.
Profession’L connects people with experts in training, recruitment, business creation and individual support to gain time by widening their network and obtaining accurate answers to their questions.
Online workshops will highlight the 2 days and inspiring testimonials and speeches will lift barriers for those wishing to approach their professional reorientation with serenity.
Personal development will be explored, during Live workshops where professionals give tools and advice.
Another highlight: companies and professional organizations come to offer their expertise and pragmatic answers about different themes, for instance:
- Business creation: how to optimize a business plan, find financing and identify the right partners.
- Recruitment: to identify recruiting sectors in the region, to receive advice in order to optimize a CV and to
manage and succeed in interviews.
IMS will be speaking on February 26th for the conference "Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace".
