The IMS member ACL and the University of Luxembourg combine their knowledge and offer a unique training to Luxembourg companies: Mobility Management Training.
This new training aims to enable employers to understand the issue of mobility of their employees and to provide alternatives to their travel to improve their well-being at work. Indeed, according to the Luxmobil 2017 survey of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure, work is the primary cause of travel during peak hours. The topic of improving employee mobility is becoming a goal for companies to ensure well-being and productivity at work.
To embark on this project, the ACL has surrounded itself with several innovative Luxembourg companies such as LuxMobility and L.S.C Engineering, two other IMS members to share their experiences in the implementation of mobility management strategies.
Mobility Management Training is therefore an informative, intensive and short program devoted to the fundamentals and future trends of transport and mobility. This training will be spread over three full days and will be held on April 18, 19 and 24, 2018.
