Organisations were awarded for their diversity management practices

As the promotion of diversity is done on a daily basis, the Diversity Day Lëtzebuerg is a unique opportunity for each organisation to globaly show their commutment by organising limited and fun actions for all amployees. In three years, more than 150 actions have been listed underlining the increasing investment of organisations in Luxembourg regarding diversity. The Minister Corinne Cahen visited organisations to live the diversity with them.

To close this busy day, four organisations have been awared during the Diversity Awards Lëtzebuerg. This reward highlights the best practices in terms of diversity management regarding the durability, the management and the replicability of the practice. For this occasion, the Philharmony welcomed more than 120 participants eager to discover the winners.

The jury awarded...

  • In the category Recruitment, Welcome and IntegrationASTI for the "Connections" project encouraging the integration of asylum seekers and refugees on the job market.
  • In the category Career ManagementYouth4Work for their coaching project for young people encounting difficulties.
  • In the category Environment and Wellbeing at workADEM for their call center composed of people with disabilities.
  • In the category Communication and Values of the organisationSodexo for the project "Live my life" allowing collaborators to exchange position during one day to break stereotypes related to some positions.
