You are invited to the third co-creation workshop, centred on the topic of diversity and inclusion of LGBTI people. This event is part of the Partners With Impact Project, which is led by IMS Luxembourg, the Ministry of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, the ULESS and 6zero1.
When ? Wednesday 27th February, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
For whom ?
- Any person working on diversity and/or human resources subjects within his/her company who wants to be learn more on the topic
- Any person engaged for the inclusion of LGBT+ people who wishes to share his/her experience and ideas
On the 27th of February, the participants will focus during 4 hours on the issue of recruitment and employee retention with the goal of developing an inclusive corporate culture. Each participant will contribute with his/her experience in order to identify the potential challenges and obstacles at every stage of the employee lifecycle (from recruitment to the exit process) and to imagine practical solutions.
The workshop scheduled to be held on January 31 has been postponed and will finally take place on February 27
