You are invited to the second co-creation workshop, centred on the topic of diversity and inclusion of LGBTI people. This event is part of the Partners With Impact Project, which is led by IMS Luxembourg, the Ministry of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, the ULESS and 6zero1.

For whom ?
- Any person working on diversity and/or human resources subjects within his/her company who wants to be learn more on the topic
- Any person engaged for the inclusion of LGBT+ people who wishes to share his/her experience and ideas
During the first workshop, the participants coming from IMS member companies, social economy enterprises and public organizations, have been working on key issues linked to the inclusion of LGBTI people. On Thursday 29 November, we invite you to continue the discussions and to work on three topics :
- How to recruit and retain co-workers
- How to improve work conditions and prevent psychosocial risks
- How to influence the society for more inclusion
