Upstream of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (from 19 to 25 November), IMS Luxembourg launches its (Handi)Cap' Emploi working group - put into practice in the company to unleash and demystify the topic of disability in business by sharing on a collective level the representations that are taking place on this question.
This workshop will be the starting point to identify the levers of inclusion in the field of disability and start acting on this societal engagement in the company by identifying the topics to be addressed later.

We inform all participants that they are likely to figure in some pictures taken during IMS' events. These pictures are meant to be published in written and online media edited by IMS Luxembourg.
We will explore, guided by our expert Gwénaël Berthélemé, the theme of disability in the company in all creativity to:
- Understand what each participant associates with this theme
- Clear the representations that everyone has of disability
- Share and build together a sense of the theme "disability in business"
